CNC Laser Cutting

Plasma Cutting
High-definition plasma cutting uses a high-velocity ionized gas stream to precisely cut 2D shapes from most conductive metals. This versatile process ensures fast turnaround times and reliable results for a variety of applications.
Oxy-Fuel Cutting
Oxy-fuel cutting is a thermal cutting process that combines oxygen and fuel gas (such as acetylene, propane, MAPP, propylene, and natural gas) to cut through materials. This cutting process is ideal for thick plates.
Saw Cutting
Our band saws and chop saws cut stock lengths to the size you need saving you time and money. We have the capability to cut one stick to length or cut bundles to length. Your metal will be ready to work with when it reaches your job site.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a dry finishing process that bakes powdered plastic onto a statically charged metal surface. It looks similar to paint but is more durable. The coat is hard and abrasion-resistant. Powder coatings are available in an almost limitless range of colors and textures.

Delivery or pick up available on all orders placed with Tri-State Metals. Our fleet of trucks delivers to North West Alabama, Southern Tennessee, and North East Mississippi. We can deliver to your business or jobsite.
