We use SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers regarding quote requests, order updates, delivery notifications, appointment scheduling, account follow-ups, service-related notices, and responses to customer inquiries.

Text messages are sent only to customers who have provided consent to receive SMS communications from Tri-State Metals or who have initiated a text message conversation with us. We do not send unsolicited text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from Tri-State Metals.
