Yes. Tri-State Metals runs automated coating lines for high-volume production, uniformly finishing hundreds or thousands of parts, and a manual batch oven for one-off and custom projects — so both large production runs and small custom orders are handled in-house.
Our expanded batch oven measures 11 ft x 10 ft x 24 ft, allowing us to coat oversized and specialized parts in addition to standard production-size components.
We offer matte, glossy, metallic, and textured finishes, sourcing colors from Columbia Coatings, TCI Powder, and Prismatic Coatings. We can also accommodate custom colors from other vendors upon request.
